I love this engagement session because it’s the perfect example of how I like to model my engagement photo shoots. I always tell my couples to choose at least two photo shoot locations and two outfits. The first location should be a more fancy or more formal place they can dress up for formal shots. The second locations is a place where they can have fun and dress down like a park.
This lovely couple chose the McAllen Convention Center as their formal location and Robin Park, behind Trenton View Plaza, for their fun location. The outfits they chose matched the location perfectly. Here are my favorite shots from this photo shoot!

Last Monday I got to photograph this lovely couple at the La Estrella Ranch in Mission, Texas. When we met they were looking for something rustic and western and we picked the perfect location. Their outfits were spot with the theme they were going for and the couple really enjoyed the location.
Although not seen in the shots the ranch had a this very playful chocolate lab who kept bring her toy ball to us to play catch the whole hour we were at the venue. It was very cute. I love the red outfits the couple chose to shoot in when we had daylight and then they changed out to something more formal for the evening, which was perfect for the night setting. Here are some of my favorite shots from this engagement photo session.

In this blog post you will find three things I love the most in the whole wide world. That is; photography, love, and coffee. I photographed this good looking loving couple a few months back and I have am super in love with these images. Amy and Rakesh are young professionals with such a unique love story.
According to Rakesh he met Amy at a coffee shop in Atlanta, Georgia. He made the move to go up and talk to her and know they are to be in a union forever. These young professionals have such a beautiful relationship that is a blurred line between two best friends and lovers.
I love this photo shoot so much because it’s so stylistic without anyone styling anything. It just fell right into place with all color pallets, composition and locations. Memory Lane Photo Spot is always such a beautiful place to shoot at. Secondly, LOVE was truly in the air because this couple just radiated it and then I photographed this session together with my Sara, who is a wonderful assistant. Lastly, Sara and I found a couple who loves coffee as much as we do and we had the pleasure of photographing them at Moonbeans Coffee in Pharr, Texas.
I present to you one of my favorite engagement sessions I have photographed in 2016.

What I love about this couple is that Michael is so involved in the wedding planning. Michael was the first one to call me and set up a consultation. His involvement in this wedding planning has floored me. I hope to be involved as much as he is in helping my future wife for such a special day in their lives.
This special photo session took place at the famous Memory Lane Photo Spot located in Mission, Texas. Vanessa and Michael did such an amazing job in their wardrobe coordination and with their natural posing. I kept asking them if they had practiced prior to the session!
Vanessa and Michael have been together for seven years now and I am super excited to shoot their wedding, a new chapter in their lives!

I will never forget the day I met Armando and Laura because they came into my office with such excitement. Honestly, the treatment was celebrity-like and it made my heart super happy.
These junior high sweet hearts requested a special engagement session. Because they met at work and are so passionate about their careers, we felt we just had to plan the session on their school campus to express their story further.
The one question I always ask my couples before planning an engagement photo session is, “Where did you both meet?” I ask because sometimes taking them back to that specific location will rekindle special memories giving them confidence and tranquility. In the end, the result is more memorable and natural photos.
In this photo session Armando and Laura flirted on the school library floor, posed under the infamous school clock (that always reminded us of being five minutes late to class), and ran through the hallways hand-in-hand. We then we kicked it up a notch and took some more personal/intimate photos in each of their classrooms.
I present to you this very special and unique engagement session.
