Excited to share Gabie and Manuel’s engagements that we took at the popular photo shoot venue in Weslaco, Texas, Casa Polonia! We did a set of outdoor and indoor photos for them. This couple was so much fun to work with. They trusted me with some of my crazy angles and ideas and I’m glad they did because I really love how their photos came out.
Although I love all of them, I have a few favorite because of the meaning behind them. The first one is the one with the blue color gel light; I love that one because it adds a mood to something often shot and I also love it because they trusted me to get out of my comfort zone to be creative. The second photo I’m super proud of is the McDonald’s ice cream cone engagement shot because they said their first date many years ago was at that same park with two delicious ice cream cones.

Imagine meeting that person that makes your laugh, cry and get extremely angry! Imaging loving that person to death but trying really hard not to kill them when they get your mad. I had the pleasure of photographing this couple who might feel all those things listed above. Joanna and Carlos are truly super in love and I am super excited to share their love story!
I photographed this lovely couple’s engagement photos at the famous Quinta Mazlatan in South McAllen. We had such a great time and a little adventure. Any and all photo shoots I have conducted at this venue was always shot inside the home and in the front yard but this time around we decided to explore the trails and we got lost. While lost though, we were able to grab some unique portraits of never before seen locations at Quinta Mazlatan. Here are some of my favorite shots from this engagement session.

Today is a special day! The couple you see in these photos are getting married! It’s also kind of special for me too. You see, Ms. Karen Cavazos, is my best friend’s little sister. I have known Karen as long as I have known my best friend, “the world traveler” Israel aka Gunty!
When Karen told me she was getting married and demanded I be her photographer I accepted gladly. When we did these engagement session photos with her and her fiancé, Serigio, it was as smooth as butter because of the longtime relationship I have had with Karen. I am super excited for the couple and can’t wait to capture all the special moments in their love story.
Israel, I wish you were here man but I know you’re somewhere across the world living your dream. I will do my best to capture your sisters special day.

Another beautiful couples has trusted me with their love story. Denisee and Emmanuel thank you for your time, your intimacy that you shared in front of my camera, and especially for the artistic license you granted me to just have fun during this beautiful photo session.
I have photographed at the Memory Lane Photo Spot countless times but with this photo session I took a different approach. This couple gave me complete trust and in returned I created art out of love. Denisse and Emmanuel were so relaxed, which in turn helped me flow through this familiar place with a different eye and produce these beautiful images.
Denisse and Emmanuel are happily engaged and their wedding is less than 20 days away. They met at Texas A&M University–Kingsville years back and now they will spend their whole life together. Many blessings to this beautiful couple!

Brianna looked beautiful in her red gown and the location we photographed her at was just as stunning. Today this young lady is presented a woman by her parents and close family. Life is beautiful when you are young and this young lady depicts just that.

This young couple I like. They have been together for such a long time and you can see the dynamic of what keeps them in love. Gabie is gorgeous and Juan has that quite male model ora but both are fun silly lovable people. I was also very impressed by Gabie’s Youtube channel which you can view a video at the bottom of this blog.
On Valentines Day I setup a nice RED picnic for them at Archer Park in McAllen, Texas equipped with strawberries and other fruit. We had the whole cute picnic with your dog at the park scene going on. Then we took the party across the street for some 50 shades of gray wall to photograph the two love birds. Soon after we got cozy in Juan’s mustang and the rest was history. Check them out!

The best memory I have of these two is photographing Mario propose to Nikki back in May of 2013 at Memory Lane Photo Spot in Mission, Texas. Now as their journey into matrimony moves forward I can’t help but to feel extremely blessed to continue the ride with them.
Nikki and Mario make such a beautiful couple. Their energy is so calming and every time I speak to them, I feel like I am talking to two life-long friends. I was very happy that they asked me to photograph this special event they held for their family and close friends.
I present to you this beautiful couple, Nikki and Mario.

Nicole and I have known each other since high school. Although we were not as close, you could never miss such a pretty girl, especially with those beautiful eyes of hers! So how did I end up documenting one of the most important days of her life? My answer; God. God places special people like Nicole into my life so that I may serve them with love. If you haven’t noticed, I am in the business of LOVE.
A little background on the lead up to the wedding. According to the bride, her man came home one day while she was cooking, got on one knee and asked her to marry him. She says it was so random and a huge surprise! It’s been two years of planning but on December 5, 2014, Nicole and Mike secured that proposal.
One thing that was very memorable from the wedding ceremony was when Terry, The Wedding Gal, gave a special message to Nicole and Mike’s son. The message was a promise Nicole made in front of her guest that she would do everything in her power to provide for her new son.
The event took place at one of Edinburg’s best venues, Salon Real Del Valle. The day flowed so well because one of my previous clients and amazing friend Irma Garcia coordinated the whole event with her team. Irma owns a wedding coordinating business called Timeless Wedding & Events, which takes care of the logistics of your wedding day. And because Irma and her team did such a wonderful job with the decor, the scheduling, and the whole event, Nicole and Mike had a wonderful wedding.
Bride-To-Bride Advice: Nicole Sanchez-Blanco Says, “…don’t stress on the little things, nobody will notice them but you. …have a drink to relax a little. Get some comfortable shoes [bride and groom] and be happy.” If you are having a wedding and would like to find out more about our services please fill out the contact form below.

Melody is the sweetest person you could ever meet. There is something about her voice when she speaks to you. It’s almost as if she speaks in song; very gentle and pleasant to the ear. Her visits to my office are always super fun. We would talk about everything from church to relationships and music. Melody is such a special person and Mr. Edgar is a very lucky man to have put a ring on this beauty.
This engagement session was so pushed around that we never knew when it was going to be set. One day we finally we chose a date and got them done. Let me tell you..this couple is a very good looking couple. Edgar was sharply dressed; he was so “GQ”. Melody, I believe can model any look and that day she pulled off her two outfits flawless. These two fashionistas are truly meant to be!
The session took place at the Villa De Palmas Venue in Alamo, Texas. It was my first time photographing at this beautiful hacienda. I knew it existed but I never got a chance to book a session there but I finally did. They gave us an hour but ended up taking about two hours or more. The place was so huge and has so much to work with. We are extremely grateful to the owner for allowing to photographing at her beautiful home. The images are the result of this special engagement session for Melody and Edgar.
